This coffee is beautifully bright and sweet. It has a good amount of acidity that doesn’t become distracting or overpowering. This coffee works best in the “light and bright” roast levels but can bring out a bit more of the dark chocolate covered blueberry note when taking it to a medium roast. Not recommended for those who want anything darker than a medium roast level as you’ll begin to lose a lot of what makes this coffee so special.
